The Grass is Greener

It's not just Solomon -- they all do this. You would swear they never got fed!

The grass will be back in the spring, in the meantime...

I'm just glad they aren't the type to challenge fences. If they were cows they would be OUTA THERE, LOL.

From the looks of them, they're getting plenty to eat somewhere! They look very healthy and happy.

they certainly don't look like they're starving so it's definitely a case of 'the grass is always greener on the other side'. lol great shot! yep, cows are more of a challenge to keep inside fences. when i used to live on a small farm, i was forever herding cows back into the property because they were always getting out through the fenceline.

It looks like your llamas have very thick coats. I really don't know anything abgout them, are they sheared like sheep?

hubby wants one. Note sure what we would do with it or where we would put it though. Bit big for the yard I think lol

My boss at the dog groomers every spring would go and shear her friends llamas, I'm sure there were whole birds nests made out of the cast offs in the area
