The bigger ones tend to be a little braver and catch on quickly.
It is SO funny to watch them frolic!
The smaller ones aren't quite as bold and need a little encouragement.
OK, a lot of encouragement, LOL.
But they get the idea. Eventually.
I have a feeling they are going to sleep very well tonight.
I wish I was having this much fun!
Instead of working on my paintings as I promised myself, I got 8 rosebushes pruned. Only another dozen or so left to do...
I have been playing with watercolors again this week. I ripped some watercolor paper into 4-ish by 6-ish pieces and painted these little goldfish to use in another mixed media collage. I think that all the reading I have done over the years is sinking in at last, because a few of these little pieces actually make me happy. Of course I still have a lot to learn, but it's a start.

awww :D the calves are so cute, and look like they are having so much fun
really like your goldfish, lovely colours to use :)
I enjoy seeing your cows, Judi. Cows are such gentle creatures as a rule and I relax just looking at them. What fun to see the calves enjoying their first moments of freedom!
And you know I like your fish....
I love your fishies...!! the colours...ohhhhh...beautiful... and the fins and tails look so fragile...just like a real goldfish....'specially the top right one...
the little cows are so cute racing around in all the green space. Lucky you...green. Ours is still mostly covered in snow...and dirty and grey under it...ick... can't wait for some greenery to sprout....
Hi Judi,
I didn't know you had cows! That is great. Love the pictures of them.

Can't wait to see the goldfish altogetrher on a canvas. And aren't those calves just too adorable?
